Decided to keep this plane for myself after my auction haul the other day! Ah, hand sanding carbon steel. What better way to spend a Friday evening? 😆 "We need a new knife for the kitchen!" says my wife. More from yesterday's auction haul... Springtime at last, so time to come out of hibernation. Probably. I know there's some knowledgeable folks on here, and this one's stumped me. What is this thing? Pretty sure it's not a nutcracker 😆 One of the best things about picking up boxes of random tools at auctions is all the weird and wonderful things you end up with. More auction tools! Just a few nut fu... rounders. 😉 Not seen that style on the right before, I want to try it now. Pipe wrenches in the middle will get a decent cleanup and join my tool collection. I think I now have too many files 😆
